Jagadguru Sri Sannidhanam graces Madhugiri
Following the rules laid down by the Scriptures and walking on the steps of His Guru to travel the length and breadth of this glorious Bharata Desha to guide people on the path of Sanatana Dharma, Jagadguru Sri Sannidhanam’s Vijaya Yatra continued towards Madhugiri, a city in Tumkur district of Karnataka. Enroute to Madhugiri the Jagadguru inaugurated Gaurikalyana Mantapa at Hirisave and had darshan at Sri Rama Anjaneya temple at Kavanadala.
Upon entering Madhugiri on 18th October 2024, the Jagadguru had Darshan of Lord Sri Malleshwaraswamy at the Sri Malleshwara Temple.
The Jagadguru was accorded a grand welcome at the Madhugiri Venkataramana Swamy temple. He had Darshan of Lord Sri Venkataramana Swamy and blessed the devotees who had assembled there.
From there, the Jagadguru was taken reverentially in a procession to the Shankara Seva samiti’s temple where he inaugurated the Shankara Samudaya Bhavana by lighting a traditional lamp.
Hundreds of devotees across all ages were present in the Samudaya Bhavana to have Darshan of the Jagadguru. A Dhuli Pada Puja was performed followed by Phala Samarpana to the Jagadguru. The Jagadguru blessed the devotees with an Anugraha Bhashanam. The Jagadgure also performed the Chandramoulishwara Pooja in the night, accompanied by sonorous Vedic chanting by the Vedic Pandits of Madhugiri village.
On the morning of 19th of October 2024 after blessing the devotees with Darshan, the Jagadguru left Madhugiri in the evening towards Bangalore.
