The Jagadguru Graces Tuni

Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji arrived at Tuni on the evening of 16th January 2013. The Jagadguru first had Darshan of Sri Uma Maheswara Sameta Tandava Shivalingeshwara Swamy and then proceeded to the Ashram of Sri Sacchidananda Saraswati Swamiji, located near the banks of the Tandava river. The Swamiji performed Dhuli Pada Puja and the Jagadguru blessed the gathering with an Anugraha Bhashanam.

On the morning of January 17, the Jagadguru performed Puja to Goddess Rajarajeshwari and Sri Anjaneya Swamy. After blessing the devotees with Darshan and Phala Mantrakshata, the Jagadguru graced the Poornahuti of the Shatachandi Yaga conducted on the occasion at the Ashram premises. In the afternoon, the Jagadguru graced the Veda Sabha held in memory of late Sri Gangalakurru Sripada Srirama Ghanapati, and blessed the scholars.
