Jagadguru At Challakere
Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji arrived at Challakere on 31st March 2013. Devotees welcomed the Jagadguru back into Karnataka with great fervour. In His Anugraha Bhashanam, the Jagadguru spoke about the greatness of Sri Adi Shankaracharya.
On 1st April 2013, the Jagadguru had Darshan at the Dattatreya Temple. Later, in His morning Anugraha Bhashanam, the Jagadguru said that Sri Adi Shankaracharya has instructed that everyone shed ego, and cultivate steadfast devotion to God. The Jagadguru blessed the devotees with Phala Mantrakshata and then started towards Davangere.
