Jagadguru Graces Chilamkuru
Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji arrived at Chilamkuru on 23rd March evening to a devout welcome with Poornakumbha Swagata offered by Gurubhakta Shiromani Sri N Srinivasan. Sri N Srinivasan spoke about the Tapas of the Sringeri Jagadgurus and remembered that it was the Jagadguru’s visit to Chilamkuru in the 1990s that had transformed the sagging fortunes of the India Cements factory and had put it back on the path to recovery. Administrator & CEO of the Peetham, Sri V R Gowrishankar in his address remembered the Seva rendered by Gurubhakta Shiromani Sri N Srinivasan during the ongoing Vijaya Yatra of the Jagadguru. In His Anugraha Bhashanam, the Jagadguru spoke about Dharma, and commended the devotion of Sri N Srinivasan.
The following morning, the Jagadguru had Darshan at Meenakshi Somasundareshwara Swamy temple and at Lakshmi Venkateshwara Swamy temple. The Jagadguru also graced the India Cements factory and blessed the devotees.
