Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji arrived at Repalle to a grand reception on 1st March 2013. After Dhuli Pada Puja and Swagata Patrika Samarpanam, the Jagadguru gave an Anugraha Bhashanam. The Jagadguru then performed the Chandramoulishwara Puja and Sri Chakra Puja.
On 2nd March, the Jagadguru visited the Sringeri Shankara Math in Repalle, had Darshan of Goddess Sharada and offered Swarna Pushpam. The Jagadguru then gave Darshan to the devotees. Devotees offered Bhisksha Vandanam and performed Pada Puja.
Starting from Repalle towards Guntur in the afternoon, the Jagadguru visited Sri Veeranjaneya Swamy temple at Ponnur and offered Silver Paada Kavacham to the Lord. The Jagadguru also visited Sri Sahasra Lingeshwara Swamy temple, Paanuru and had Darshan.
