Celebrating the 138th Aradhana of the 32nd Jagadguru of Sringeri
ARRIVAL
Sri Mahasannidhanam and Sri Sannidhanam arrived at Tirunelveli to a rapturous reception by devotees. The Jagadgurus were received with Poornakumbha at the entrance of the Vighna Vinayakar temple in Maharaja Nagar. Sri Sannidhanam was led in a procession to the Sringeri Shankara Math in Thyagaraja Nagar.
In the public function organised on the occasion to welcome the Jagadgurus, Dhuli Pada Puja was performed by Sringeri Math CEO & Administrator Sri Gowrishankar. After Veda Ghosha and prayer, Swagata Patrikas in Sanskrit and Tamil were read out and submitted to the Jagadgurus. Retd. Justice Ramanathan spoke on the occasion and offered his pranams on behalf of all devotees of Tirunelveli. Sri Mahasannidhanam and Sri Sannidhanam blessed the devotees with Anugraha Bhashanams.
Later, Sri Mahasannidhanam performed the Sharada Chandramoulishwara Puja.

VISITS
On 24 May, Sri Sannidhanam graced Veeravanallur, Kodaganallur, Sutthamalli and Gopalasamudram in the morning. At all these towns, devotees accorded a traditional welcome, performed Bhiksha Vandanam and received Sri Sannidhanam’s Blessings. Sri Sannidhanam gave Anugraha Bhashanams at all these towns. In the evening, Sri Sannidhanam visited the Getwell Anjaneya Swamy temple and had Darshan. Sri Sannidhanam also had Darshan at the Varadaraja Perumal temple at Tirunelveli Junction. Sri Sannidhanam then visited the Sringeri Shankara Math in Tirunelveli Junction and blessed the devotees with an Anugraha Bhashanam. Sri Sannidhanam then went to the Viveka Samvardhini Sabha and spent some time in the library.

MAHARUDRA & NAVI CHANDI YAGAS
A Maharudra Yaga and a Nava Chandi Yaga were conducted on the occasion of the Vijaya Yatra of the Sringeri Jagadgurus. The Poornahutis of the two Yaga took place in the precincts of the Sringeri Shankara Math in Thyagaraja Nagar at around noon on May 25 and May 26 respectively.

MORE VISITS
In the evening of May 25, Sri Sannidhanam graced the Dharmapati Goshala (Mahadeva Gopalakrishnar Goshala), Sharada Vidyalaya, Gomati Ambal Sameta Mahadeva Swamy temple in Maharaja Nagar and the Sri Bharati Tirtha Veda Pathashala.
On May 26 morning, Sri Sannidhanam graced the Sringeri Sharada Vidyalaya in Thyagaraja Nagar and blessed the management.
In the evening, Sri Sannidhanam visited Mela Thiruvenkatanathapuram and had Darshan at the Bhoomi Neela Sameta Venkatachalapati Swamy temple and blessed devotees with an Anugraha Bhashanam.

NELLAIAPPAR TEMPLE & OTHER VISITS
Sri Sannidhanam then returned to Tirunelveli and was led in a procession to the entrance of the massive Nellaiappar temple. Sri Sannidhanam first had Darshan at the Sringeri Shankara Math (Tirunelveli town branch) and then was received with Poornakumbha by the temple Archakas at the entrance of the passage leading to the Kantimati shrine in the Nellaiappar temple. After having Darshan of Goddess Kantimati and Sri Nellaiappar, Sri Sannidhanam blessed the devotees with a short Anugraha Bhashanam inside the temple. After blessing the temple authorities and Archakas, Sri Sannidhanam graced the Bhajana Matham near the temple complex in Tirunelveli town and returned to the Sringeri Shankara Math in Thyagaraja Nagar.
Later that evening, Sri Mahasannidhanam performed the Sharada Chandramoulishwara Puja and Srichakra Puja.

ARADHANA OF 32nd JAGADGURU & DEPARTURE
On May 27, the 138th Aradhana of the 32nd Acharya of Sringeri Sharada Peetham, Jagadguru Sri Narasimha Bharati Mahaswamiji was observed. Sri Mahasannidhanam performed the special Aradhana Puja to His Parapara Guru. Sri Sannidhanam was present during the Mahamangalarati.
In the afternoon, the Jagadgurus had Darshan at the shrines of Goddess Sharadamba, Lord Mahaganapati and Sri Adi Shankaracharya in the Sringeri Shankara Math, Thyagaraja Nagar and departed for Palamadai. En route, Sri Mahasannidhanam graced the Dharmapati Goshala.
